Attention Residents:

We are pleased to announce that a zoning amendment has been passed, introducing new requirements for residents who plan to use temporary shipping containers for renovation or relocation purposes.

Effective immediately, residents must obtain an acknowledgment permit before placing a temporary (30 day) shipping container on their property. This permit ensures that the use of these containers complies with local regulations and maintains community standards.

Additionally, the amendment includes a new provision allowing the use of temporary shipping containers for relocation purposes. We believe these changes will help streamline the process for residents while ensuring that our neighborhoods remain safe and orderly.
