The Northern BC Tourism Association is bringing an essential Crisis Communication Workshop to Mackenzie, helping tourism businesses strengthen their communication strategies before, during, and after a crisis.

Led by Fran Haughian, Northern BC Tourism’s Emergency Management Specialist, this hands-on workshop will provide practical resources, real-world insights, and a deeper understanding of emergency preparedness in the tourism sector.
