Notice to Residents of the District of Mackenzie
The District of Mackenzie would like to inform all residents that beginning October 12th, there will be slash pile burning activities along Highway 39 near the junction. This operation is expected to continue into November.
Residents are urged to exercise caution while traveling in this area during the burning period. The slash pile burning may produce smoke, which could reduce visibility at times, particularly during the early morning and late evening hours. Drivers should remain vigilant and be prepared for changing conditions.
