Notice of upcoming road work

Time: Starting at 8 AM

Fortis BC will be conducting essential road work on Heather Cres. to retrieve equipment and install a new service for the nearby daycare. The work will involve cutting a 2-foot wide trench from curb to curb.

Key Details:

• Traffic Management: Flaggers will be on-site to manage traffic, allowing for single-lane access.
• Safety Measures: A road plate will be used to ensure safety during the operation.
• Restoration: All excavated material will be removed, and the trench will be backfilled with road base. Cold patching will be applied for winter durability. In the spring, a paving contractor will return to complete a permanent repair with hot mix asphalt.
