Fire Hall Surplus Items Auction

The District of Mackenzie seeks to offer for sale items no longer in use in its operations. Any individual, business or other party (the public) is eligible to submit private bids. Each item will have individual tender sheets for the public to provide private bid submissions on the items. The highest bid will be the successful tender.

Auction Closes 12:00 pm Friday July 31, 2020

Viewing Opportunities and Submitting Bids:

Items are available for viewing by appointment Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am - 12:00 pm. Tender sheets will be available at the time of viewing.

Auction Details:

• Bidding ends 12:00 pm July 31, 2020.
• Bids will be opened July 31, 2020 at 2:00 pm.
• Only successful bidders will be notified.
• Successful bidders must move the sheds off site as soon as possible, before August 14, 2020.
• Payments must be in cash, certified cheque, debit or credit card and payment must be made prior to taking ownership. Deadline for payment is 4:00 pm August 5, 2020.
• All items are sold as is where is. All items are subject to PST and GST. A contract of sale of goods will be issued.
