Mayor and Council are holding a Public Hearing to ask for the public’s feedback on a proposed Zoning Amendment to allow for backyard ducks – Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1503.
What is the change and how does it affect me?
Allowing backyard ducks to be permitted on properties zoned R1, R2, and R3. Current zoning allows for hens to be permitted in these zones; the amendment will be to add ducks to the definition.
