IE CA Development Holdings 2 Ltd. is requesting a development variance permit to reduce the front setback of an accessory building from the front parcel line from 12.2 metres to 6.56 metres to permit the building of a substation at 4900 Coquiwaldie Road in the Industrial Sector.
