Fair Doesn't Always Mean the Same

Imagine giving every student the exact same pair of shoes.

Some would fit perfectly. Some would be too small and some would be too large.

We understand that people have different physical needs. Learning works the same way:

Some students may benefit from:

• Extra time
• Visual supports
• Assistive technology
• Quiet spaces
• Alternative ways to participate

The goal is not to give some students an advantage. The goal is to give every student an opportunity to succeed.
