Fire Smart Demonstration Project

The District of Mackenzie would like to inform the public that a contract has been awarded for Fire Smarting of the green space between Mackenzie Blvd and Crysdale Dr from Centennial Dr to Skeena Dr. Mitigation work on the area is planned to begin on September 30th, 2024 or October 1st, 2024 and will last for a couple of days. During this period, residents are asked to avoid the area, as there will be debris removal and tree falling in progress.
