Business Walk Survey

The District of Mackenzie hosted its Annual Business Walk exercise on October 9, 2025. The initiative was designed to strengthen connections with the local business community and gather valuable input to support economic planning.

The feedback gathered through the Business Walk Survey is a critical step toward building and maintaining a thriving and resilient business community in Mackenzie. If you are a business owner we invite you to submit your feedback. The Business Walk Survey closes at 11:59 pm on Saturday November 1.

 

Official Community Plan Update

We are seeking the help of residents in order to give us a better idea of the current and future housing needs in the District!

The Official Community Plan Update second survey closes at 11:59 pm on Sunday November 2. 

Community Grants and Policy Review

Due to the reduction in tax revenue, the District is reviewing its grant funding policies and programs to assess the potential to reduce this budget without diminishing the value of the non-profit community in assisting the municipality in providing a strong community focus for residents.

There are two surveys open for the Community Grants and Policy Review. One for members of current Non-Profit organizations and one for all residents of Mackenzie.  Your feedback will help shape how the District of Mackenzie can continue to support these organizations. The survey closes at 11:59 pm on Sunday November 2.
