Water Main Repair Update September 12, 2025

To Mackenzie Residents affected by the current water service disruption near Stuart/Babine:

We are sorry to inform you that our water quality test this week came back unsatisfactory.

The water is not safe for drinking. The District will be flushing the lines multiple times over the next 3 days and we will be retesting next Wednesday, September 17, 2025 as advised by the Northern Health Environmental Health Officer.

Potable water will be available on the corner of Babine Drive and Stuart Drive. See below for water availability:

Friday Sept. 12th     6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Saturday Sept. 13th     12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Sunday Sept. 14th     12:00 pm – 4:00 pm

We will personally notify you when the water is deemed safe for drinking.
