Update – Cemetery Road Bridge Maintenance – Road Closure

UPDATE:

Due to the heavy snowfall this week, the road maintenance was delayed to today and is expected to continue the remainder of the week.

We ask that the travelling public to continue to avoid this area and, if travel is necessary, to obey all signage. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Attention Residents:

Please note that the District of Mackenzie has engaged a contractor to perform maintenance work on the Cemetery Road Chichouyenily Creek bridge on Monday, November 18 and Tuesday, November 19, 2024, between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm daily. This required work will result in a traffic disruption on the Cemetery Road of no more than five hours followed by a one hour opening. The traveling public is asked to avoid this area and if travel is necessary to obey all signage. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
