Request for Tender – Janitorial Services

The District of Mackenzie invites tenders on janitorial services for the Municipal Office, Public Works Building, Animal Control/Bylaw Services Building and the Fire Hall.

The contract for the Municipal Office and Public Works will be from January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024. An additional one-year option may be exercised but must be declared on or before June 30, 2024. The contract for the Fire Hall will be on a month-to-month basic commencing January 1, 2024 until the completion of the new Fire Hall facility. The contract price will be renegotiated in advance of completion, and a new cleaning schedule will be provided.

Tenders will be accepted until December 4, 2023 at 4:00 pm.
