Request for Proposal – Fuel and Lubricant Delivery

The District invites qualified and experienced firms to submit a proposal to supply the District of Mackenzie with Fuel and Lubricants from March 2026 to March 2028. (2-year term). With the option of a 1-year extension upon approval of both parties. This proposal is to be known as DOM-26-03 Fuel and Lubricant Delivery.

The District is not necessarily interested in obtaining the lowest price for this product. The quality of the product or service, performance, delivery, maintenance, service, and other factors will be taken into consideration in the evaluation of this request for Proposal.

The deadline for proposals is Monday, March 17, 2026 at 4:00 pm.
