The District invites qualified and experienced contractors to provide janitorial services for the tenants located in the District-owned facility at 64 Centennial Drive, Mackenzie, BC. Full scope of work and site-specific requirements have been included in the Appendices C and D of this Request for Proposal document.

All Proponents must complete a mandatory site visit prior to submission. Proponents who do not complete a site visit prior to submission will have their proposals returned unopened.

The successful Proponent will be required to provide the RCMP Mackenzie Detachment with details of the work force to be employed in carrying out the janitorial services.
