Notice of Intention to Lease District Land

Pursuant to Section 26 of the Community Charter:

TAKE NOTICE that the District of Mackenzie intends to lease a .344 hectares ( 37,029 square feet) portion of Lot B, Plan 23098, District Lot 12479 Cariboo District by way of a lease for a term of three years to R King Holdings Ltd., at the annual rate of $4,276.85 plus an increment equal to the Vancouver Consumer Price Index for subsequent years.
