Public Notice – Three Year Airport Lease

Notice of Intention to Lease District Land

Pursuant to Section 26 of the Community Charter:

TAKE NOTICE that the District of Mackenzie intends to lease a .315 hectares (33,907 square feet) portion of Lot B, Plan 23098, District Lot 12479 Cariboo District by way of a lease for a term of three years to Yellowhead Helicopters solely for the purpose of airplane storage, airline office and airport-related activities, at the annual rate of $3,916.26 plus an increment equal to the Vancouver Consumer Price Index for subsequent years.
