Olympic Gold Medal Game: Extended operating hours approved on Feb. 22, 2026

Following announcement from the Province yesterday evening, Mayor and Council and the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB) are approving all licensed premises within the District of Mackenzie in good standing to open at 5 am PST on Sunday, February 22, 2026 for the Canada/US Olympic Men’s Hockey gold medal game televised from Italy.
