TAKE NOTICE that the District intends to grant a licence to use the below land to 071470 BC Ltd. for a term of 3 years at an annual rate of $149.33 for the purpose of a parking area.
Land: Lot A, Plan 18729, District Lot 12463, Cariboo District (200 Mackenzie Blvd). The total licence to use area is 1600 ft2.
