Arena Update

Floor: Over the summer, the general contractor resolved the issues with the underfloor refrigeration system that caused disruptions last year. The system is now operating as expected, and we have begun building ice. However, warm temperatures and limited insulation continue to pose some challenges in the current weather conditions. We’ve provided user groups with a tentative start date of September 29, and will confirm if an earlier date is possible as we near completion of the ice-making process.

Kickplate: The contractor has replaced the blue kickplate with the standard yellow, as shown in the image below.

Bleachers: Our staff painted the bleachers and are currently installing additional handrails on staircases that were previously without them, improving both accessibility and safety for all users.
