Make Information Easy to See, Hear and Understand
Universal Design isn't just about buildings - it's also about communication.

Use clear language, readable fonts, strong colour contrast, and multiple formats (Such as text, audio and visuals). For digital content, this includes adding alt text to images, captions to videos, and ensuring documents are screen-reader friendly.
