Notice of Intention to Dispose of Land

The District of Mackenzie hereby gives notice pursuant to Sections 24 and 26 of the Community Charter of its intention to dispose of the following property to the Omineca Growers Society:

Legal:  LOT 3 DISTRICT LOT 12479 CARIBOO DISTRICT PLAN EPP35189
Civic:    4500 Coquiwaldie Road

The property has an area of 9.51 acres or 3.85 hectares and is outlined in the map.

As authorized by the Community Charter, the District intends to dispose of the property free of charge to the Omineca Growers Society for their proposed agricultural development.
