Business Façade Improvement Program 2026

The Mackenzie Business Façade Improvement program, in collaboration with the Northern Development Initiative Trust, aids local businesses in enhancing their exteriors through renovations and accessibility upgrades like ramps and wider doors. This initiative aims to enhance the community's appeal and encourage patronage, contributing to the vibrancy of Mackenzie's commercial core.

The Program
The District of Mackenzie will provide a maximum of 50% reimbursement grant up to a maximum of $5,000 per building/tenant to improve the façade of commercial buildings.

Application deadline is April 15, 2026

Applications can be found on the District of Mackenzie Website, or picked up at the Municipal Office, 1 Mackenzie Blvd.
