Mayor and Council are asking for the public’s feedback on a proposed Temporary Use Permit (TUP) to allow for a Recycling Facility in the back of #6-320 Mackenzie Blvd.
Your feedback will be used in the decision-making process.
What is the change and how does it affect me?
Green Phoenix would like to apply for a three-year temporary use permit to allow for the use of a Recycling Facility in the C1 General Commercial Zone (see attached map).
How can you participate?
Anyone who believes that their interest is affected by the proposed temporary permit has an opportunity to be heard through the following ways:
