Black Fly Control Program
The District of Mackenzie conducts larval black fly control under a Pesticide Use Permit issued by the Province of British Columbia. Treatments target black fly larvae to reduce nuisance biting flies within the community.
Treatment Area
Treatments may occur in Morfee Creek from Morfee Lake downstream to Williston Lake Reservoir.
